 5.2.3 MP(Mass Production)

產品進入量產後，若遇重大變更或製程品質下降時，DQA可依以下原則執行驗證測試：

If there’s any critical engineering change or descending of process quality during mass production, DQA carries out verification according to below regulations:

5.3 Guideline

 

5.3.1 Stress Life Test

1) 目的 (Objective)

確保產品在各種不同的操作環境下都能正常工作。

Assure that products work properly in various conditions.

Assure that products will be not damaged under foreseeable abuse conditions during normal service and use.

2) 規格 (Specification)

        溫度 (Temperature):   0℃ ~ 40℃

        濕度 (Humidity):      20% ~ 90%

        測試時間 (Duration)   48 Hrs (2 Cycles)
